札幌のインテリアデザイン事務所、
アトリエテンマのビルの1Fに「椿サロン」というカフェがありますが、
ここで、毎月２回、土曜日に、朝採り野菜を直売するマルシェが開催されました。

このヴィジュアルはそのポスター。

小川由美さん、田中康之さんというふたりの野菜ソムリエがセレクトした無農薬や減農薬の野菜たちが札幌近郊の農家から集まります。
カフェではとれたての野菜を使ったスペシャルメニューも用意されました。

そんな新鮮な野菜の切り口はシズルを感じるかなと、切り離して文字をはさんでみたわけです。

ところで、ここのピザ、モチモチでおいしいですよ。
ほとんどナポリピザですが、テンマの長谷川さんに言わせると
「ナポリピザとは配合も違うし、道産の食材を取り合わせてるから、これは北海道ピザ」だって。

どうでもいいけど、ホントにおいしい。

“Tsubaki (camellia) Salon” is located on the 1st floor of the Atelier Tenma Building, an interior design office in Sapporo. On Saturdays, twice a month, a marche to sell vegetables harvested in the morning is open.

This is a poster for it.

Organic and less agrichemicals-used vegetables selected by two vegetable masters, Ms. Yumi Ogawa and Mr. Yasuyuki Tanaka are gathered from farmers in the Sapporo area.
At their café, special menus with these vegetables are offered.

I could imagine enough juices are coming out these fresh vegetables cut. That’s why I separated them and put letters in between.

By the way, their pizzas are chewy and so good. Most of them are Neapolitan-style pizzas, but Mr. Hasegawa of the Tenma Office says, “ No, they are Hokkaido pizzas, because they are all made of ingredients from Hokkaido. “

Well, no matter what, they are really good.
