北洋銀行のビル内にある商業施設、大通BISSE 3階のハーブショップ「ファーマーズ・ハーブ」。
ここは北見にある農業法人「香遊生活」さんの札幌1号店。
ロゴのほかに、各種ハーブティーやハーブ関連商品のパッケージ、DM、ショップカードなど
すべて矢野さんのデザイン。
「ファーマーズ」というネーミングにしたのは、
栽培から加工、企画、販売まで、農家である香遊生活がすべてを行っているからなんです。
ハーブはすべて有機栽培で、それは全国でも数少ないとのこと。
さらに社長の奥様はハーブの専門家。イギリスでブレンドなどを学ばれたそうです。
お店ではティーポットの選び方から入れ方、茶葉の保存方法などていねいに教えてくれます。
常に試飲も出来ますので本物の味を確かめてみてください。
二日酔いに効くなど効能別にさまざまなハーブティーが用意されていて、
ある意味、薬局に近いイメージです。
心配事の多い毎日ですが、ハーブがきっとリラックスさせてくれますよ。
The herb shop called “FARMER’S HERB” is located on the third floor of “ODORI BISSE.”
Ms. Yano designed not only the store logo, but also all the packages for various kinds of herb tea and herb related products, direct mails, and membership cards.
This is the first store in Sapporo opened by “Koyu-Seikatsu” which is based at Kitami.
“Koyu-Seikatsu” named the store “FARMER’S HERB” because “Koyu-Seikatsu”, which is a farmer, does everything from cultivating and processing to selling.
All of their herbs are grown organically. Organic herb growers are very rare throughout Japan. Moreover, the wife of the president is a specialist of herbs. She learned how to blend a leaf of tea in Britain.
At the store, the staff teaches you kindly how to choose a teapot and how to preserve tea. You can always sample tea and enjoy the authentic flavor. It somewhat reminds me of a pharmacy because the store labels various kinds of tea by its type of efficacy.
Although there are many things to be worried about every day, I think you can always relax by drinking a cup of herb tea.
