北海道ベビーポタージュは、
北海道の野菜をフレーク状にした離乳食。
お湯に溶かすだけで簡単にポタージュが出来上がる。

そんな製品にディズニーのキャラクターたちが加わって発売されることに。
食品としてのレベルの高さとともに、
販売する企業に対しても厳しい基準を要求される
ウォルト・ディズニー・ジャパンと直接のライセンス契約。
一年以上に渡って膨大な書類を提出しながら
ひとつひとつクリアしていった
北海道プロダクツ、鹿毛社長のエネルギーには頭が下がる。

この製品にはディズニー独自の栄養ガイドラインを満たしたことを示す
「ディズニー・チェック」マークも表示されていて、
自信を持っておすすめできるものになっている。
これはベビーフードでははじめてのことだそう。

今回6種類の製品に対してミッキー＆フレンズに登場してもらったけれど、
こんなグローバルな有名人たちをレイアウトできるなんてホントにうれしいこと。
アーカイブにはミッキーだけで
たぶん数千種類（数えるのは不可能だから想像だけど）のデータがあって、
見ているだけでワクワクしたね。

実際に仕上がってみると、
ちょっとクラシックな雰囲気のベビーポタージュのロゴと
ミッキーたちって、なかなか相性がいいと思うなあ。

Hokkaido Baby Potage is a baby food made from flaked Hokkaido vegetables. You can easily make potage just by dissolving it in hot water. This product will be released with Disney characters added to it.
We have a direct licensing agreement with Walt Disney Japan, which requires not only a high level of food quality but also strict standards for the companies that sell it. I am humbled by the energy of President Kage of Hokkaido Products, who completed each task one by one while submitting a huge amount of documents over a period of more than a year.
This product also carries the "Disney Check" mark, which indicates that it meets Disney's own nutritional guidelines, so we can recommend it with confidence. This seems to be a first for baby food.
We had Mickey & Friends appear on six different products this time, and it's really nice to be able to feature such global celebrities. There are probably thousands of different Mickey types in the archive (it's impossible to count, so I'm just imagining it), and just looking at it was exciting.
When I actually finished it, I think the slightly classic Baby Potage logo and Mickey Mouse went really well together.
