北海道の牛乳をたっぷり使ったノースファームストックの北海道ミルクジャム。2種類のフレーバーは、それぞれアールグレイとほうじ茶の茶葉を加えて作ったもの。ジャムそのものはお茶のイメージに近いセピア色なので、ここにミルクの白さを表現したくてティーポットと急須のシルエットを白で入れてみた。大きすぎるとオシャレじゃないので少し小さめに。どちらの味もカフェオレ好きの僕にはぴったりで、ちょうどいい加減の甘さ。朝食の時に、ふたつとも開けて交互に塗って食べたりしてる。そうやってダブルで食べると香りの違いを楽しめるので、ぜひお試しを。

North Farm Stock’s Hokkaido Milk Jam is made with plenty of rich Hokkaido milk.It comes in two flavors, each crafted with tea leaves—Earl Grey and roasted Hōjicha.
The jam itself has a sepia tone that reminds you of tea, so I wanted to highlight the whiteness of milk. To do that, I added silhouettes of a teapot and a kyūsu (Japanese teapot) in white. Keeping them slightly smaller prevents the design from feeling too bold, allowing a refined look.
Both flavors are perfect for someone like me who loves café au lait, with just the right level of sweetness. At breakfast, I often open both jars and spread them alternately on bread. Enjoying them together brings out the difference in aroma—something I highly recommend trying.
