北海道産のはちみつにアロニアを加えてつくる赤いはちみつ。それだけでもおいしくて人気商品なんだけれど、焙煎した紅茶の茶葉を漬け込んでフレーバーをつけた新商品「ティーハニー」。風味は2種類。ひとつはアールグレイの茶葉を使ったもの。もうひとつはドライアップル、ドライストロベリー、ハイビスカス、ドライブルーベリー、ローズレッドなどを配合したもの。ティーハニーという名前だけれど紅茶に入れるというだけではなく、紅茶の香りを楽しむはちみつということ。お菓子やヨーグルト、ホットミルクによく合うそう。茶葉を使っているけれど、はちみつ自体の色が今ある商品と大きく変わっているわけではないので、見分けがつきやすいようにラベルのデザインで差別化してみた。といっても小さなラベルだし、はっきり分からせるためにゴールドの箔を押すことに。紅茶の持つエレガントな雰囲気も出て、大人っぽくできたと思うけどどうかなあ？それぞれを食べてみて、僕は薔薇の香りがするベリー＆ローズが気に入ったんだけど、きっとふたつとも試してみたくなるよね？

This red honey is made with Hokkaido honey and aronia. It's delicious and popular on its own, but we're also introducing a new product called "Tea Honey," flavored with roasted black tea leaves. It comes in two flavors: one made with Earl Grey tea leaves, and the other with a blend of dried apple, dried strawberry, hibiscus, dried blueberry, and rose red. Despite its name, "Tea Honey" isn't just for adding to tea; it's also honey for enjoying the aroma of tea. It's said to pair well with sweets, yogurt, and hot milk. While it uses tea leaves, the color of the honey itself hasn't changed significantly from our current product, so I differentiated the two with a label design to make them easier to distinguish. Since the label is small, we decided to stamp it with gold foil for clarity. I think it captures the elegant atmosphere of black tea and has a more mature feel, but what do you think? Having tried each, I liked the rose-scented Berry & Rose, but you'll definitely want to try both.
